Dear Sir:
We hereby call on the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office to express our disappointment in the Michael Joseph Jackson case. We seek an answer as to what the impending charges are against Dr. Murray and when these charges will be leveled against him. We wish to convey to your office the importance of leveling charges which reflect the heinous nature of this particular crime.

Michael Jackson´s death highlights a serious problem, prescription drug abuse and Medical Malpractice. Dr. Conrad Murray showed a complete disregard for medical safety standards and FDA administration laws regarding the dispensing of Propofol. This tragedy was caused by inhumane recklessness. We seek justice for Michael Joseph Jackson to prevent future irresponsible practices by doctors who carelessly risk people´s lives. Most importantly, we look to your office to pursue charges that are commensurate to the dreadful crime committed against the life of a well-loved and admired man, Michael Jackson. As a citizen of the United States who dedicated his life to humanitarian deeds and was a highly recognized entertainer, we ask that fair and swift justice be rendered.

“Justice delayed is justice denied”. Nearly eight months have passed since Michael Jackson´s life was senselessly taken by the careless and irresponsible act of Dr. Conrad Murray. We trust that your office will act fairly and swiftly in making sure that significant progress is accomplished in securing justice for Michael Jackson. Thank you.

Dear sirs,
We are writing you on a behalf the Michael Jackson Fan Worldwide Community , demanding appropriate justice for the murder of Michael Jackson.

We want an immediate review of the involuntary manslaughter charges against Dr. Conrad Murray.
Based on the facts, those are present in the case of The People vs. Conrad Murray, We are convinced that Dr. Murray is responsible for the death of Michael Jackson and has displayed a careless and intentional disregard for his life.
We are demanding that Michael Jackson be treated with the same rights afforded to every other American citizen.
In just this month, Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley set the bail of a Medical Marijuana Operator for $520,000. Dr. Conrad Murray´s bail was only set for $75,000.
It is evident that the dispensing of justice is not being applied in Los Angeles. When The crimes of marijuana distributor are judged more harshly than the alleged crimes of well-known cardiologist charged with just “involuntary manslaughter?” It is apparent, that justice has not prevailed.
We are firm in our belief that the charges are not sufficient in this case and we are demanding an increase of the charges, that are appropriate with the facts, that are present.

THE FACTS:
Dr. Murray administered Propofol in a residential home setting without the aid of appropriate medical equipment to monitor his patient, Michael Jackson.
Dr. Murray, a cardiologist, knowingly performed CPR on a bed, contrary to medical guidelines on how to perform effective CPR.
Dr. Murray , left the room from unspecified amount of time , after injecting high levels of Propofol into Mr. Jackson. Given , Dr.Murray´s credentials, we find it hard to accept, he was unaware of the dangers.
Dr. Murray did not use sound judgment and wasted precious time in calling for 9-1-1 assistance.
Mr. Murray did not tell the truth - regarding the amount of Propofol he administered to Michael Jackson and those amounts are not supported by the autopsy findings of Michael Jackson.
Deliberate inconsistencies in the timeline provided by Dr.Murray.
We would like an investigation of the allegations, that Dr.Murray left the premises of Carolwood Drive for several hours, after he administered the Propofol to Michael Jackson.
Clearly, this is a premeditated abandonment of his hippocratic oath as a doctor. In addition, Dr.Murray´s deliberate actions, warrant a charge of Murder 2.
Given the gravity of the situation and the fact, Mr.Jackson´s life was taken. Frankly, the charge of “Involuntary manslaughter” is a slap on the wrist.
We are a base of constituents, representing millions of interested people, who are dedicated to this case and its outcome.
We look to you, to represent, best interest of the people of California, Michael Jackson´s family and most importantly, his three children.
